Hello, this is Dr. Hank Miller -- most patients call me "Dr. Hank" or just "Doc."

Having been a commercial driver for over 8 years, I understand both sides of the DOT Physical exam for your safety and the importance of monitoring your health for your life.

Having been in the healthcare field since 1978, I've worked with commercial drivers for more than 11 years performing DOT Exams in the D/FW area.  My office has convenient truck parking on Highway 287, 1 mile south of the Hwy. 360 and Hwy. 287 interchange between Mansfield and Midlothian.  We see drivers from Throughout the United States, especially Texas, including Aubrey, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, DeSoto, McKinney, Allen, Kennedale, Ft. Worth, Dallas, Weatherford, Mansfield, Midlothian, Waxahachie, Italy, Waco, Hutto, Georgetown, Leander, Austin, Brownsville, Kingsville, Lubbock, Abilene, Celina, and Arlington, plus most cities within the counties of Tarrant, Dallas, Johnson, Travis, Parker, and Ellis, to name a few.

We do our best to make the DOT physical exam as hassle-free as possible for you;  it's  as simple as these 3 steps:

Step 1: Brief Health History

Step 2: Medical Examination

Step 3: Complete Long Form and Medical Card, and you're on your way!

We trust you'll find answers to your questions on our site; if not, contact me.  Please visit this site often for updates on ways to stay healthy and tips to prepare for your next DOT Physical.

God Bless,

Dr. Hank
